We collect information from you when you fill out a form. When doing so, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information, as well as other information we need to provide you with the proper information about admission to our school. Non-personally identifiable information data may also be collected through a cookie.

Any of the personally identifiable information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- To process transactions for applications fees, donations, and/or account payments

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates, in addition to receiving occasional school news, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Non-personally identifiable information may be used to develop a remarketing online advertising campaign, geared towards visitors who have not completed a request for information form.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
