Stephen Pederson joined the aerospace program at Randolph-Macon Academy in 2007 after retiring from the United States Air Force with over 30 years of military service. After eleven years as an Aerospace Instructor and running their uniform supply operations, Stephen transitioned to R-MA’s uniform store where he manages all uniform sales for both the Upper and Middle School. In addition to uniform sales, he teaches a cybersecurity course. His goal is to build a foundation for cybersecurity instruction that will provide students with a pathway for this career. He enjoys amateur radio and is a member of the Warren County Fire and Rescue Emergency Communications team.
