For the third consecutive year, the Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA) Band and Chorus will be performing at the National Rifle Association Celebration of American Values Freedom Experience. This year’s hour-long concert will be this Saturday, April 14th, at 6:30 pm in the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, MO. The Band and Chorus are the "opening act" for the evening, which includes performances by the comedian “Larry the Cable Guy” and speeches by several nationally famous celebrities, including Fox News Commentator Glenn Beck.
The band and chorus will leave R-MA at 9:00 am on Thursday, April 12th, and return to campus on Monday, April 16th, in the evening.
Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational day and boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA’s 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) and have the option to participate in a unique flight program. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
