Randolph-Macon Academy Recognizes Quarterly Award Winners
During the weekly chapel service on April 13, 2015, the Randolph-Macon Academy family recognized the faculty and staff members who performed exceedingly well during the first two quarters of the 2014-15 school year. The following people were honored with quarterly awards:
• Team of the First Quarter: Air Force JROTC Department—Lt Col RG McManus, MSgt Stephen Pederson, MSgt Doug French, and TSgt Tina Laing
• Mentor of the First Quarter: John Casserino
• Faculty of the First Quarter: Brian Barbour
• Employee of the First Quarter: Louise Hayes
• Coach of Fall Season: Josh Ilnicki
• Team of the Second Quarter: Housekeeping Day Shift– Bonnie Ferrebee, April Cerretani and Melissa Riley
• Mentor of the Second Quarter: Brian Barbour
• Faculty of the Second Quarter: Cynthia Michael
• Employee of the Second Quarter: Sean Keating
Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational day and boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA’s 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) and have the option to participate in a flight program. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
