The R-MA Middle School soccer team wrapped up the regular reason conference play against Sacred Heart. Securing the #2 seed in the tournament was on the line. The Yellow Jackets came out strong scoring three goals in the first half. Two of those goals were by Nnamdi E. Right before halftime, Sacred Heart found the back of the net to make it 3-1. The Yellow Jackets responded well in the second half as they scored 4 goals. Nnamdi secured a hat trick with his third goal. Wyeth G. and Baruc H. each scored their first goal of the season. Sacred Heart also scored again as time expired. The Yellow Jackets won 7-2 and earned the #2 seed in the VMSC tournament. They finished the regular season 4-3-1.
R-MA will host the winner of the Wakefield Country Day School vs. Fresta Valley Christian School quarterfinal matchup.
