Randolph-Macon Academy has partnered with PCI (Publishing Concepts, Inc.) to create the 2020-21 Alumni Directory.
The Yellow Jacket community has grown since our last directory was published in 2014. It’s time for us to reach out, update your information, and publish a directory that we can be proud of.
Soon, you will receive a postcard and email encouraging you to call PCI to update your information. Doing so will ensure that you are accurately represented in the directory. When you call, you will have the option to purchase your own directory (hardcover or digital) for $119.98, if you so choose. No purchase is required to update your information!

I received an email/postcard/phone call asking for information. Is this legitimate?
Yes. We have partnered with PCI to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations nationwide. This project allows R-MA to receive important updates to our database, so we know more about our alumni and how we can best serve you.
How does R-MA benefit from this?
In a few ways. Updated information allows us to more effectively communicate and engage with our alumni. This project will also help preserve the legacy of the school, producing a lasting record of the alumni community.
How do I know that my information will only be used for directory purposes?
Randolph-Macon Academy has a contratual agreement with PCI that states: the names, addresses, and information provided to PCI by R-MA for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory, and except as required by court order or law.
The directory will be made available only to alumni of Randolph-Macon Academy. At the conclusion of the project, PCI will return to R-MA any and all electronic files supplied by R-MA or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.
I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?

If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak to a dedicated representative for the Randolph-Macon Academy project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
If you have received an email with an embedded link, you may go to the online site to review your information. If you have any questions, you may call PCI’s customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590.
Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?
Yes, absolutely. When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590, or contact Jenny Walton, R-MA’s Alumni Engagement Coordinator at (540) 636-5343 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can anyone purchase a directory?
The Randolph-Macon Academy Alumni Directory is available for sale only to Randolph-Macon Academy alumni.
When will I receive my directory?
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. Since we began the project in July 2020, the directories will be distributed in July 2021.
I ordered a directory over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How can I do this?
Call the PCI customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590 and they will take care of this for you.
