We strongly recommend that you book your accommodations early! October is peak tourism and wedding season in the Shenandoah Valley, and area hotels routinely sell out weeks in advance.
We recommend that you arrive on Friday, October 16 and depart on Sunday, October 18. R-MA has arranged discounts for these dates at the following area hotels:
- Hilton Doubletree Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows – As of June 16, the room block we’d arranged with the Doubletree is full. This is an extremely busy weekend for the hotel and they are not able to add additional rooms at this time.
- Towneplace Suites Front Royal – As of June 16, king rooms are available for $169/night, and double-queen rooms are available for $186/night (excluding taxes and fees). - Holiday Inn Winchester SE – Historic Gateway – As of June 16, king and double-queen rooms are available for $109/night (excluding taxes and fees). Please note that you must book your stay by September 16, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.
