Josh serves as the Chaplain and Religion Teacher at Randolph-Macon Academy since 2014. He grew up in Front Royal, and even competed against R-MA in high school. He helps the school live into its affiliation with the United Methodist Church as he is United Methodist clergy. Josh’s main goal is to support students on their spiritual journeys. Students can learn more about faith through the Spiritual Life @ R-MA program that includes chapel, Bible studies, small groups, Confirmation, interfaith prayer room, and mission trips.

Josh is also involved in many other ways on campus as he also loves coaching (JV Basketball, Varsity Boys Basketball, Varsity Girls Basketball & Middle School Soccer) and performed as Simba in the school play The Lion King, Jr. in 2018. His family is also very involved in campus as his wife Michelle has choreographed several of the school plays and his young boys (Julian, Orion, and Titus) love growing up in a place with such incredible students at Randolph-Macon Academy.
